i just installed my headers and how in the *** am i suppose to get these plugs in i cannot even get them started

This is what I did but it sounds too late for you. I bolted the headers on just enough for the headers to stay on. Then I swung the headers out of my way, enough to put the plug and boots on. Then I tighen the headers down.
