48mm to a 52 mm TB

I did a search before posting and read all the old posts on the switch to 52mm TB. I saw mixed replies so want to get fresh opinions. Has anyone with about the same mods as me done a 52 mm TB? Did you like it or was it a waste of money. I use my car as a fun car, not a everyday driver. I am looking for more response off idle without changing gears, running 3.42. Anyone with first hand knowledge of the upgrade, please give me an honest opinion. If it's not worth the money, I'll put the $200 bucks in the tank instead. Thanks

After you have done heads and cam then get a bigger throttle body. If you want more respose sell you hypertech and get a madz28.com custom tune.

Yeah a whole lot cheaper and will do more for you than a TB at this point.
