I have a 94Z and I am putting a 406 in it and just wondering if anybody had don this task before? Just looking to gain some insight on some of the problems that anyone ealse has encountered. I am also installing an auto trans with it. Any advice would be great.

Look under LS1sounds.com for some pics and video clips of various cars with exhaust and motor work done o them.

 

Unless I'm reading the 406 wrong, it is the same as a standard old school SBC. I'm sure there are several threads about this particular swap. (No I haven't searched either)
You will have to figure out how to get the stock 4L60E to work or swap to a T350 or 700R4 that does not require computer control.
