4 Bolt Main Cap Info needed inside

I need to know what a good 4 bolt main cap is to go with. The motor is stock 350 ci. I am going with 4 bolt mains because it is going to be a spray motor. Should I go with Eagles Splayed 18 degree or GM LT4 style? Also, what kind of main bearings and piston rings should I go with?

Thanks,
Steve

Do a search on main caps, you will find a ton of answers for this.

Wow I found hours of info.... I have decided that the 2 bolt mains will work fine for me. But what kind of main bearings do I need to buy?

That depends on the crank and the corner radius of the journals. A .093-.125 corner radius will use a Clevite H series bearing. Stock cranks can use this as well, but a bearing with less of a angle on the edge of it will work better. This is why Clevite has different series of bearings.
