4.10 gear in an A4??
I don't know why you are not getting typical results but the bottom line is to do the gear calculations and don't go into overdrive before you cross the line. That'll give you best results at the track.
For every day driving, most say that 373's are made for the car and ideal. I'm speaking of mainly bolton f-body cars. If you are running 130+ mph in the 1/4 then 373's won't work well for you.
