#1. Yes you can build a 396. You could build a 427 LTx motor if you're crazy enough and have money to waste.
#2 Read these: 4 pages of threads using the search function.
#3. Found in those threads. .030 bore, 3.875" stroke, etc...

Sweet! Thanks! I'm thinking about picking up another 93 or 94 F-Body and tinkering with it. I haven't seen a 396 LT4 mentioned before, so I thought it would be an interesting build. Thanks again! I'm off to do my homework!
