396 Dynoed @ 467RWHP need Z06 MAF???
Did you ever come to a conclusion regarding the ZO6 MAF?
I called SLP, and they say that they don't offer an LT1-calibrated ZO6 MAF. So, that would mean that we would need to have a custom tune, along with the Ramcharger's adapter (only $18) just to make it work?

I tried the ZO6 MAF along with a better intake on my car and lowend responce was better but BLMs are bad and things are falling off topend. This was with tables on got on this forum. I agree with BH and Ion this thing is more trouble than it is worth and was a total waste of my money.
The Granatelli is not a good thing would call it worse than the ZO6 even.
If someone wants to try it I will sell the ZO6 sensor with a plugin extension/adapter(make an offer), and am looking for a stock with screen LT1 f-body sensor.

I just got the Z06 MAF on and to the dyno last weekend. I guess there was a need for more air, because I made 28 rwhp and 33 rwtq more with this setup and a my PCM reprogramed. Thanks for all the input.

Any thoughts???
Re: 396 Dynoed @ 467RWHP need Z06 MAF???
I've been running the Z06 MAF with the programmed PCM for almost 3 years now with zero issues. BLMs are flat and steady, everything else works mint.
Infact, I can imagine how many people downloaded the tables that I'm running with on my car.
**Side note/thought** I'm wondering if the intake track design is effecting things again on some people's cars. The Z06 W/O the screen was tested for use on the Z06's straight-shot intake; I would bet to say that most people who have issues with this are running a conventional style setup; unlike my WS6 straight-shot intake. Otherwise I'm not quite sure what could be causing things.
I do know the range of the Z06 MAF is actually less when used on a LT1 PCM, but it's resolution is quite a bit better than the LT1 Stocker. I'm also wondering if some of the people who are having issues with this MAF are running higher HP/airflow motors are are maxing out the inputs to their PCM.

Where did you get the MAF and what did it entail to make it work?

And some people on this board say the 227's are to big or to much trouble to make HP with a 383 or larger.
I will repeat "you can't put to much head on it"(give the available castings) as long as you have an intake tract to match.
