Well I apologize for not being so informative last time I asked this question. So I'lly try and be a little more specific this time. As it stands right now, I have my stock '93 lt1 sitting in my garage.I took it out to do a rebuild, but decided I needed something that will rip some pavement up. After seeing a 396 gp about a year ago, I decided thats what would be best.Then I left for the army and have went completely brain dead.
The price range doesn't matter, and I was hoping to use a forged crank, afr stage 2 heads, roller rockers, etc....
I was just hoping for some opinions on specifics, or what some of youg guys are running and your numbers.
p.s. If it is any help the setup i was previously going to run was the gp last year, put out by nick norris.

Are you looking for top dollar parts like Oliver billet rods etc?

Or just a good all round 396?
