Check wiring. MAP and TPS readings looks right? What's with tune?

 

I assume that when you say you checked the gaps, that you are mean you squared the ring in the combustion (top 1") of the bore with either a square tool or the upsidedown piston itself and measured the gaps, and of course you are certain you installed the "correct" rings and that the gaps were correct.
