383 vs. 396
Hey Ben, I will be selling the heads in the next few weeks. The heads and intake will come as a package, as the intake is matched to the heads. I can e-mail you some specs on them if you are interested. They wont be available for a few weeks, as I still have to pull them off, and will have my machine shop clean and go over them. I only put 3,000 on them, so after cleaning and reassembly they will be good to go. I paid $1800 for them from TEA, and I spent another $125 to have the intake powdercoated silver, looks like it was just cast, and had further porting done to the throttle body side of the intake. It has stainless Ferra valves, Comp Titanium retainers and locks, PEP springs good for well past .600 lift. The flow sheet from TEA will come with them, as well as the parts list. I will post them for sale once they are off and clean, unless you make me an offer I cant refuse
If you are interested, let me know, thanks. Oh, on my stock bottem end that was hurt, these heads and XE230, I made 378 RWHP @6300, and 345 FT/LB of torque on the first pull with a base tune. I made over 310 FT/LB of torque from 2500 to 6100 RPM.
