Eh, might be personal preference, but exhaust coming out in front of the front wheels looks bad to me.

I would go with the 3" setup for your car. I went with the 2.5" setup but I should be okay until I get my heads ported. With the pacesetter LT headers I paid under $700 for everything including welding and installing.
I don't think I would not go with 3 inch unless I was going to be pushing big power 600+. Again personal opinion from the general rule of thumb 3 inch duel is good to something like 800whp with no loss.
