Hmmm, so what is the next step that I take with the IAC?
To get the LT correct is it a matter of just fine tuning the F/P at idle, or does the PCM adjust it while driving around? Thanks for the help again.

Fred makes a good point. I think the IAC isnt working. Thats why its either 0 or 160 all the time. The computer is telling it to open but it doesnt open so the computer tells it to open some more but it doesnt open.. before you know it the IAC is maxed out.

Its a brand new IAC, I'll try the reset procedure on Shoboxes site. If it still doesn't work I quess I'll take the one out of my old engine.

Dang, I'm throwing money away left and right by not buying AC Delco stuff, that IAC was around $40, and those Bosch o2s were $50 each.
