Ok serious question time. I bought an Eagle street/strip rotating assembly from Summit and it came in today. This one.
However, the pistons I recieved were the KB135's, which are the 18cc, not 12cc as advertised.
So I call them up and explain, they put me on 3way with a tech and he just goes on and on about pistons and installing them, not really touching the fact that they are wrong. So I explain again, and they tell me to call Eagle. Called Eagle, the returns guy is gone and they can't help me.

So I call back summit and they can return them for the 12cc's.

Now my concern is-> This kit came balanced and has a little sheet with weights confirming this. If I got the 12cc's it would no longer be the correct balance.

-sigh- it's always something. What would you guys suggest doing?

 

Send back everything and have them send you a new kit with the correct parts.

 

i agree send back the whole thing. that way you dont have to get the kit re balanced
