383 kit

Does anybody know the spec on this kit?
"Super Street" 383 stroker kit from PAW (Performance Automotive Warehouse) that includes new .30 over pistons, custom ground crank shaft, new bearings, rings, connecting rods, seals and freeze plugs.
like what material the rings are and if the crank shaft is strong

I'm also curious about this whole process I believe I need a rebuild and if i'm gonna do that. I want to go .030 overbore

I'm also curious about head work would a mild port match up good w/ a 383 bottom or would more agressive porting be necessary

I really don't know much so if you could be as descriptive and as helpfull as possible it'd be apprecaited.

basically I'd like help building my complete engine if you didn't get that impression in the first place

Hey bud,

The only way someone is going to be able to tell you how good the parts are are by knowing what spacific parts come in that kit... So best bet would probably be to call them and get spacifics on the parts that are included.

Though general buildup and help should be discussed in a generation spacific forum. Moving to Lt1 Tech, thanks.
