Just like the title says.?? I just got 3k on it and I'm gonna switch to synthetic. I live in paradise and it don't freeze here.

 

I have used 30 weight since I rebuilt the motor and I haven't had any problems yet. I just use regular castrol gtx. I honestly don't think that you will need synthetic unless you have some urge to just spend extra on oil during oil changes. Good luck.
