Does the motor use any oil? Did you degree the cam in the block? Timing chain set up dot-to-dot?

Again the cam and timing chain were install by Golen.

The dyno chart for the GTO looks better.
The dynapack isin't going to show as high of numbers as a dynojet either unless it set in a interia style mode for doing the pulls.

Re: 383 down on power
The only thing I saw was that the A/F could be leaned out a little. I run 13.0:1 tuned by Bryan Herter....There's a few hp to be picked up there. How does it run on the street? Did the tuner say that he saw something wrong? Dynos are a great tuning tool, but its no replacement for the track...Let your mph be your dyno...

...and maybe its me, but those flow numbers seem kinda high for stock size valves, especially the exhaust side...

But I agree with the above. IF the car feels strong then hit the track and let the trap speed do the talking for you.
Re: 383 down on power
No, you can't lock the converter with CATS. You need a Tech 2 tool or you need a switch to hotwire the lock up solenoid in the tranny. Do you still have a lock up style converter?
As I said on RCFB, you're likely starting the run after peak torque so it's messing with the numbers a bit. The AFR numbers look good, you could probably lean it out a bit to around 12.8, but it's not a big deal.
.CSV should be the spreadsheet format in Datamaster.
Bring the car to Ruby's tonight and we'll dyno it on 295 South.

You still planning to show up on the 18th?

Re: 383 down on power
What valve springs where used?
I also have an issue with stock valve sizes and a stock TB. A 383 should have a 58mm and larger valves wouldn't hurt either. Kind a like asking your girl to break dance while you squeeze her neck so she can't breath.
It also wouldn't hurt to check the clearance between the heads and the pushrods. 1.6's move the rods closer to the heads and in some cases can be rubbing. Since I don't know who did the heads or installed them, just thought I would ask.
