383 buildup

Does anyone think a 550-600hp 383 is really that hard to do? I figure that 96z 383 was pushing the 550fw hp mark, so with better flowing heads, say some AFRs, I dont think 600fw hp is really out of the question.

With a solid roller and AFR 220s or better it shouldnt be a problem.

a solid roller isnt an option. I was going to try with a hydro roller cam, which I think is still possible.

Wasnt there someone who roller 470rwhp on a LT4 383? Im think he had a hydro roller.
