36# or 42# injectors? For 396LT1..

I am currently running up to 93% duty cycle at 6200rpm with 30# SVO injectors in my 396LT1. My redline, is around 6500rpm, and my wideband is showing now about 13.1 to 13.3 AFR. It was recommended that I run 42# Delphis, which seems quite a jump, but they are the experts. I know its not a recommend thing to run past 80% duty cycle. So, are the 40#'s to big, just right, or should I go with 36#'s.
I am running and maintaining 43.5ish fuel pressure up to 6300rpm.

In short, yes you need larger injectors. Your flywheel hp output should determine what size injector to go with. Do a search under the screen name, "Injuneer" (no quotes).
He's covered this subject multiple times.

After you determine what rate of flow you need, and it turns out that the 36# work out fine, look into the EV-14 injector. It's a C5 ZO6 stock part.

Are all the 01-04 C5 Z06 injectors the same PN and are they a direct
replacement for the LT1 injectors? I've done a lot of searching on the
EV-14s and can't come up with any specific information.

Aren't the C5 Z06 injectors the same 28.5 #/Hr (@ 58psi) as the early year LS1 engines? The Chris Endres book shows they are.

The LS1/LS6 injectors work, they just don't flow as much, because of the lower fuel pressure used on the LT1 (43.5psi) compared to the LSx engines (58psi). A 28.5 #/HR LS1 injector will flow 24.7 #/Hr in a 43.5psi fuel system.

The connectors are the same, but the injector is available in the EV-14 style with various sizes. I'll dig up my receipt to verify numbers.

The info I found on the web for the EV 14 is that it's available in a 25 or 70
degree spray angle and in 387.3 or 503.3 g/min (N-Heptan) flow rate at 3 bar.
This is the same as 51.2 #/hr and 66.6 #/hr. So are these available in 36 #/hr
at 3 bar and will they fit in the LT1 fuel rail w/o modification?
