Diamond makes custom nitrous pistons good to whatever you think you can keep together. They will take a long time to build them if they aren't custom. Just FYI.

I run custom diamonds, but it's been so long since I purchased them that I don't remember numbers on them.

My friend is running the same on his 331 stroked ford. They said he can handle a 250 shot but he only sprays a 100 shot. His rotating assembly can take it but he is afraid his block can't!

There are no LT1 specific bottom end parts - it's like any Gen I SBC with a 1-piece rear main. Call Callies or go to their website.

I just went to their site, they list only strokers with a 1pc. seal:
3.750" Stroke/ 350 Main/ 2.100" Pin/ 1 pc. seal
3.875" Stroke/ 350 Main/ 2.100" Pin/ 1 pc. seal

I'd call them to be sure about a stock stroke.
