355 build up ?

355 build up ?

Hey guys i just bought a lt1 block bored .030 over making it the 355....What parts do you guys suggest i buy for this build up this will be the first engine i've ever built i all ready have the cam XE 224/230 cam and some ported and polished LT1 heads with the 1.6 rockers...Any information is greatly appreciated....Oh yeah i plan on putting a 100HP shot of juice on the motor...thanks again jerry

Well, if you aren't reallt gonna get into racing too hardcore. You could go with the $8XX 383 kit from summit. If that won't work, I think you should look for some of the lower end forged parts since you are running nitrous.

It's a 6spd, I'd definitely run more cam than that


As far as other stuff, you didn't mention any goals, so...

well i didn't really think of any goals i just know i want an 11 or 10 second street car thats all.....
