Stroker - yea..i guess I could ask..lol. I don't like having to get people to slow down to race me...that bugs me.

Ken - I'm running a DFI gen 7 now. There is more in it.hehehe.

Yo Tim,,, Congrats on that quick time man!!!!
Still waiting on getting my rearend fixed so that I can start doing a few things here and there to the Z....
Hey, you think I should try the 1.6 rockers or the 1.7s?
I still want to try for that best bolt-on 6spd. record....

pretty bad ***.

It looks like the LT1's are at least getting respect from the LS1 crowd.

I really like the mph your car is running, those darn 6speeds do run really high mphs (No torque converter slippage). Sure Tim I'll take some n2o off and run you . I sure can't run with you on motor. Later Clint

Great times, Tim! I bet it's hard convincing people it's not a stroker.

Nice runs Tim! There is definitely some left in the car with some suspension and weather.

I'll talk with you soon!

Looks like all the time, effort, and hard work are still paying off for you. I dont think many "normal" people understand what it takes to get a car dialed in, setup, and consistant.

Congrats

What is the bolt on 6 speed record? I remember when you and me were fighting it out neck and neck..lol. I think I actually had more fun back then. But going fast is fun too.

Lloyd, we have to keep on being a thorn in their side. They def. don't think our cars can run with em. This is still a pump gas motor so I could do somet things and make it more serious..but I'm fine for now..hhehehe.

Clint, yea..we can mph up top. This thing pulls like a train on top end. You know what a good set of heads with a matched setup feels like. Its pretty fun. We can run if you knock it down some...I need someone to push me since I always seem to run better with someone door handle to door handle with me.

Serial..actually its nitrous everyone thinks I have...but nope..all motor here.

jason, there is more in the drivers seat too..I was kinda rusty. Get your car out there so I can try and chase ya down.

Aljar, your right..most people think that this stuff is easy if you just throw the parts together. But hey..if it was that easy everyone would be doing it right.

Yeah those were fun times. I'm not sure what the 6spd. bolt-on record is however I sure will find out shortly! AND,,,, see if I can break it!

Your car is crazy fast with that lil-ole 355 LT1 and I'd sure like to start prepping my Z to run like yours but for now.....

Talk to you soon!

Its a 355 lt1 with stock crank and ported LT4 heads. Using a ported lt4 intake also.

Whats are you revving to in top of 4th/ end of the quarter? One of our cars were thinking about going from 4.11 to 4.7/4.9 in the rear. Just curious what kind of RPMs your running.
