3200 vigilante or Long Tubes?

Well I got some cash laying around... Should I get a 3200 vigilante stall? Or junk the shorties and get LTs...

Questions about the stall
1. Will 3200 be to much for my combination right now?
2. Wil 3200 be enough for heads/cam swap later on (cc306)

I figure I get about 17 mpg and thats with the cam too
The 373 kill the gas milage but the stall doesnt effect it much
