306 cam, loud valvetrain(especially on driver side cylinder head)

I am now running a 306 cam in a rebuilt engine with fully ported and polished heads using 1.6 sa rockers with upgraded springs. Will a 306 cam with these rockers sound alot louder than stock valvetrain? Also my driver side cylinder head sounds quite a bit louder than the other cylinder head and I know its not my rocker arms making this noise cause I have adjusted them and know what they sound like when they get loose. It sounds like it is the valves possibly making the noise when they open and close, but I would think both cylinder heads would have the same noise level. Thanks for any help.

Might have nuked your lifters if you've ran the car with loose rockers. Been there done that.
