Hello, I have a 96 3.8 4l60e camaro that i am swapping a 95 lt1 from a impala ss. i have a 95 lt1 camaro engine harness and i have both a 95 and 96 lt1 camaro pcm. will the 95 harness work with the 96 pcm and 96 dash harness and vats module that is in the car? will i have to add or change something else? ive tried the 95 pcm and it wouldnt talk to the car im guessing since the car is OBDII and the pcm was OBDI so i got an OBDII pcm recently, but i havnt tried it yet.

 

I am pretty sure there is a V6-V8 swap guide in the V6 section - might want to give that a try.
