3.73's or TC?

my b-day is comin up and i just want to get something that will take the most off my 1/8 mile. Should i upgrade my 2.73's to 3.73's or get a stall?

Get a stall. You will maybe find a few tenths with 3.73's. A higher stall will net about .5 thents off your time depending on what you get. HTH

yes definately get the TC, then do gears. a stall is much better fro first thing to do IMO cause then u still have your MPG but also have a better launch.

Get a good lockup stall first. Next thing you will probably want is tires. You also want a tranny cooler as a higher stall will make your transmission run hotter so do it right the first time.

The wording of tnthub's post might make it sound like you should get an aftermarket cooler soon after the TC. But you should do it at the same time... don't run a aftermarket stall without a good auxiliary transmission cooler.
