Talking 3:73's or 4:10's

I want to get a little more pep out of my rear end but my car is a daily driver at the moment. Would 4:10's be to freakin annoying or would they be ok for a daily driver. Most people I know have 3:73's - maybe there's a reason for that. huh
What do most of ya'll have
any feedback would be appreciated
Thanx
Josh

a4 or m6?
with the m6, either or
really no diff in gas mileage because of the 6 speed's 2 overdrive gears
a4, i'd stick with 3:42's for daily driver with power adder (blower, turbo, nitrous, or just nice N/A) but 3:73's is tempting for an auto

I've got 4.10s on my manual... wouldn't trade them for anything! I do a lot of city driving and the powerband is sweet for the canyons. With an auto 3.73s are about right.

Then go for the 4.10s. If you love cornering and since you have a manual... go for the 4.10s. I also upgraded for the Eaton Posi upgrade at that time.

I put 3.73's in my car back when it was a stick. I retained the same ratio when I switched at an automatic. I am pleased with it.

I say the same as everyone else. I have always been told that 3.73 was the best for an A4 and 4.10 for a M6.
