if luck is on my side and i get my car running right i wanna finish it up for now and then go a lil more extreme next year. i have a vigilante 2800 right now and need more converter with my cam(as far as racing) im going to send it back for a restall and was wandering what i should get it turned up to? id like to try to do it one time if possible so id like to know what would work with what i have now and a 383 and maybe a LE3 cam later on. imma go to 3.73 gears and get a better transmission from one of the vendors on here. so what do you guys think? thanks in advance

 

I would talk to vigilante and see what they recommend. I would good with a 3500-4000 stall.

 

I went from a Yank 2800 to a Yank 3600 on my car and love it.

 

what are your mods? and what can you stall up to on your car?

I can foot brake the car to something like 3000 or 3200ish, it will flash to 3600 on motor easy... I haven't sprayed with this converter yet though.

 

a bolt on Lt1 likes a 3600,so i would say atleast a vig3600!
