some nice headers, exhaust, gears, cam, and a stall converter if you have an automatic.

I would do a search through the old posts as this comes up alot. If you are new, this is the place to be. There is plenty of good info and directions you can go with your car.

LT headers + ypipe ~$500
Shorties if you have emissions ~$400

Cat back exhaust - starting at $400. Stay away from Flowmaster-stopper

GOOD (Yank/Precision Industries) stall (around 2800rpm) - at least $500. You get what you pay for here .

CAI - $200. All are good.

Gears (3.42' or 3.73's) and install kit $250. Richmond's are noisy, Motive's are not. Both are good quality. Installation (don't do it yourself if you haven't been shown how to and done it with someone before - trust me ) $100 - $400 depending who you can find.

You will need these as supporting mods for a bigger cam.

a good tune-up and a nice exhaust. Save the rest and enjoy the car.

The previous owner of my car did that too. You could try repairing the bumper yourself, or have it professionally done, which can tally around 500 bucks.
