i have crane gold 1.6 rr's on my car and i just realized i havn't adjusted them since i redid the engine! i have put about 5k on the motor since then. how frequent do i need to do this?

 

I would check the rocker geometry right now at the least with 5K to make sure all is well. Look for the sweep pattern on the valve stem tops on at least 2 cylinders. After that if you dont have abnormal sounds or excess ticking you should be good.

 

Hydraulic roller with all in proper working order should need no adjustment.
