210 AFR's on 110,000 mile Short block ??????'s

Hey guys, I have some 210 AFR LT4 heads (out of the box) and they flow around 275-280 max on the intake side, I have a buddy that works at comp cams who is going to pick out the camshaft I believe we are going to go with a Custom grind on a 113 LSA. We plan on doing 1.6 RR's and all new valve train of course with a PCM reprogram. Heres my main questions, I have 110,000 miles right now on my motor with LT's full exhaust, 3000 Stall, 3:73's, Full rear spohn suspension, induction mods, computer work, Big and littles, etc. Should we just pull the motor when we put the heads and cam setup and maybe get new pistons put in along with bearings. I don't want or have the money to have a Fresh new engine but I don't want to have problems out of my shortblock after H/C.

This is what I was thinking. Dished or Flat top pistons Forged $500, Bearings $???, .30 Bore $???. Do I need to mess with the crank or Rods. I really lack knowledge on this topic this is why I need help. Like I said I don't THINK a rebuild is needed but I think maybe some parts may need to be replaced.

What else Should be done while the block is out.

My plans are a 355 For NOW with a H/C setup and a 75-100 NX wet kit.
