I have totally forgot where the bottom one goes? Top goes to the PVC Valve and the bottom?

 

It goes to the upper port of the evap purge solinoid valve, that's the small rectangular black box at the passenger side of the intake manifold.

 

And just to clarify, the large hose on top goes to the plastic elbow in the passenger side valve cover, and that is not the PCV. It does supply air for the PCV system, but the PCV valve is on the drivers side of the intake manifold.
