“New Member Intro.....” isn’t the best place to get tech help. I'll move your post to “LT1 Based Engine Tech” where you are more likely to get a response.

Basic questions:

New fuel? Did you clean the tank, replace the fuel filter and clean the injectors?

Did you check (key on) for 12 Volts at the pink wire in each injector connector?.

What was the fuel pressure when the pump primed and shut down?

With a stethoscope, do you hear the injectors clicking while the engine is cranking?

Have you checked for spark at each of the plugs?

Is the SECURITY light on, or possible flashing?

I changed the fuel filter took old gas out put new gas in with the gas Cleaner. I didn’t clean off the injectors nor did check the volts and I didn’t actually check how much pressure I had my test valve didn’t have a core in it so I sprayed gas everywhere so I know I have pressure. I did fix that already I didn’t check the spark plugs either I will do that I don’t know about the security light

You really need to do everything listed above that you haven’t already done. The photos appear to show the car to be in poor condition. In that condition, doing any kind of speculation as to the cause, without systematic, thorough diagnostics is a waste of time. The injectors need to be professionally cleaned, or replaced with new or reconditioned units. You have to have at least 40 PSI fuel pressure at the rails

When you turn the key to “RUN” do the dash warning lights come on for a few seconds like they should? What is the fuel pressure when the pump shuts down after prime? How fast does it bleed down? When you turn the key to “START” does the starter crank the engine at a reasonable speed? Is there any sound of ignition - sputtering, backfiring? What voltage does the dash gauge show while starter is cranking the engine?

ill definitely start getting all that cleaned and check but I hear there’s a issue getting to the back to spark plugs what’s the best way to get to them. And the battery when I turn the key is a little less the half but as I was checking it out earlier I felt that the ground wire connected to the battery was actually pretty warm. If that is an issue to. The dashboard lights all turn on when you try and start it like normal all the lights work as well the windows struggle to come back up but I’m not worried about all that just wanna get it running then take care of the other stuff little by little it’s possible that the distributor cap is bad it was going bad but I’m wanting to check they spark plugs and etc. before I replace that. I really appreciate all of your comments and suggestions thank you so much
