I'm probably going to get a 1995 Z28 Camaro soon. How much horespower does the stock engine have? Also how good are these for racing because I am probably going to run at a 1/8 mile track. Eventually I want to upgrade it so what are some good upgrades? Thanks for your help.

In stock trim, it is generally a mid to low 14 second car. Alot of people have pulled off high 13s in M6 form, but then again there are some people on this board who claim they have pulled high 13s in automatic form as well. As for mods, the basics such as CAI, catback, free mods, headers, shocks, stuts, lower control arms, panhard rod, etc. are all a good start and can be had for a reasonable cost. Do a search of past threads as well as this message board's supporting vendors and I'm sure you will find alot of things to suit your needs.
