My 1995 fuel pump is only pushing 25 lbs. I guess that is why the car has been hard to start lately. Can I remove the fuel pump without taking the tank out? What pump should I replace it with if in the future I want to make 400 + hp? Thanks!

 

I would highly recommend going with a Walbro 255 lph intank pump. If you do a search you will find some people cut a hole in their car to get to the fuel pump.
