1994 Z-28 Power Steering sound? PLEASE HELP

Hi everyone,
Ok, Right below the alternator, is my power steering pump. In that area there is a slight noise. Its hard to explain but it just starting. Its like a louder "churning/shaking" noise and I noticed that the power steering pulley has a "slight" wobble to it. I know this is a hard evaluation without hearing and seeing it but can the pump go bad, with it leaking and is churning type of sound common when these go out? Also, the slight wobble in the pulley, would that more likely be from the shaft, thats its connected to? The problem is, I don't want to replace a part that doesn't need replacing. I took it to a mechanic and he said its the power steering pump but isn't 100%.
He's also saying that I would have to replace the pulley as well but there are no bearings on a pulley, it just slides on so, how can that go bad, is it more likely the shaft that its connected to? Or is he just trying to take me to school?
Any suggestions?
Thanks!
J

Here is a quick vid. Please listen closely. Also, the noise is louder, when the car first starts. Thanks..

i had a problem a while back where the bolts that hold the power steering pump on stripped out. a friends trans am had the same issue. we both had to retap the threads to fix that. i would first pull the belt off and spin them by hand and see if anything is loose.

yea...i know it didnt sound well.. just pull that serpentine belt off and wiggle and spin your pulleys. if its the power steering its not to hard to pull it off.
