1994 Camaro Z28

I am in the market for a 93-97 4th gen Camaro Z28. I just came across a 94 Z28, t-tops, 6 spd, loaded, and mint for 10,500. I am sure I can haggle him down to hopefully around 9500 or 9000? I know this price is a bit steep, Nada says high value on this car is 7500 ish. It has 37000 miles. This is exactly what I am looking for and was wondering what you guys would offer him at first? Thanks, I am sure this is a common question, but I am trying to move up from my 6 cylinder. Thanks.

Eric

OUCH! You gonna get a kiss with that deal?

That's way too much for that car. Generally a 94 in good condition goes for $4500-$6500. Is it being sold by an individual or dealer? Other than low millage, there's nothing special about the car to demand that high of a price.
