I heard people saying Autozone carries the 160* stat. I got mine on ebay for around $26 shipped.

Some do and some don't.

I don't care about using the heater, because I never do... just the cold air for a little defog, but thats it...

As far as having one in 0 degrees Farenheit weather, thats bad?

It won,t hurt to drive in 0 degrees, you just won,t have no heat.
