I just installed a 160* Thermostat, brand new... It will not open up. I have added all the coolent it can hold, but the darn thing still won't open. Does anyone have any ideas of how I can fix it without buying a new one or tearing everything apart again?

 

It takes about 10 minutes to replace a thermostat. No way to fix it. How do you know it is not opening? Did you test it in a pan of water on the stove? Make sure you are using the correct thermostat and bleed the system properly.
