150miles to the tank....
yeah i think you guys are failing to notice this is all city driving which really hurts gas mileage.
i am really getting sick of seeing everyone post how many miles they are getting per tank because that means aboslutely nothing. you could be filling your tank back up at 1/4 while everyone else runs it near empty which of course exaggerates your problem quite a bit. next time you should look at the pump and see how many gallons goes back into your tank. sorry if im coming off a bit harsh but EVERYONE does this and its really annoying.

turbo, that's why I put mpg along with the miles per tank. of course how far you go on a tank is subjective, but the mpg (based on trip odometer readings and how much you put into your tank) gives you much more accurate idea of your fuel consumption. Being the nerd I am, I check it every time I get gas, let's you know if somethings up with the car.
I know you don't mean to be harsh, but stating "EVERYONE" is a bit of an exaggeration.

but like you i check my mileage every single time i fill up... kinda gets me excited to spend $25 on gas so i can see how good/bad i have been driving.

on average i put 14 gallons in the tank give or take .5 gal...
once again, on average, i get 15 mpg city roughly 21 mpg on the hwy so .... 210 city, 294 hwy
regardless of how most measure their average mileage per tank, 150 miles is not normal unless he puts in <10 gallons...
I get around 17.8 mpg in the city on average and around 24 mpg on the highway. I am the same way at the pump...I even use a calculator as soon as I get back in my car. My wife thinks I am a nerd, but I get as good as milage as her lexus does. That dam thing sucks gas. I do have to say, when I got my msd 6al and new wires and plugs, plus cleaning the injectors...it really helped a ton
i put between 13-14 gallons usually and i allways get 150 and then the gas gauge is at empty ..it just sucks puting 32+ dollars in a tank of gas and only going 150miles.. time to buy a street bike or start driving my rx7 again oh well..life goes on
Geesh. Im glad Im not the only one. Over the summer Id get about 2-210 per 14gal (or so). Recently Im lucky to get about 180, its usually 160-170. I do love the remote start, and use it every morning, and evening, even then I only run it 5-10min each time.
My gas gause is fairly accurate from what Ive seen so far. I too am pretty **** about my MPG, and how well I did per tank, usually put in about 14gal, and its right about at the E line. The first half tank usually 'seems' to last longer tho. Kinda wierd.
I changed the fuel filter last summer, and this I will attack the better part of the ignition and see what happens. Gas is about $1.90-$2 here for 93 oct.

Man with all the mods i have i get 200-210 city and 220-250 highway. That is with 4.10 gears too!!!! I think you need to change out all the ignition essentials, and the fuel filter. That should do the trick. If it doesnt then you have a problem bigger than the bare maintnence things. Thats just my opinion though.

Maybe i should change the fuel filter since i jus did plugs wires and coil?
I used to be so **** about it, I kept a mpg log for the first 4 years I had the car
But the doctor says I'm much better now...
