IM getting that right now, but a lot of that is because its cold here in the morning, and the windows are frosty and the leather is ice cold. so i let it run for a few mins. But i see your in cali, so im guessing thats not happening.

150 miles/tank normal? HELL NO!!!!

I get 230 per tank with an XE230/236 cam, ported heads, etc...

Check your fuel filter, plugs, wires, etc... how does around town driving feel? Is it smooth acceleration or is there hesitation at any RPM?

He said around town which will include warming the car up in the morning and idling in traffic jams which all take gas eventhough you're not moving.

Wow, might as well just punch a hole in the gas tank...

Time to get a tune up and check up. Or stop pulling holeshots at every light.

How many gallons do you guys put in? I can get 170 at most, but my car will only take 12 gallons at the most, I dont know why. I have brand new plugs, wires, fuel filter, opti, just I get a code 43 and when its on the car doesn't accelreate smooth, sounds awesome though.

I would look into getting a MSD coil or something simular possibly. My car was getting about 180-190miles to the tank with a 6spd and mostly highway driving. After I switched out the plugs, wires, coil, and coil wire it jumped to about 275-285miles a tank on the highway!

I get almost 245 to the tank... and can squeeze 14.2 or so gallons into the tank when I run it close to dry... have gotten a little better than 15 gallons in the past though, which means I truly was on fumes...

Usually fill up around 230... but have pushed it to 245 many times in the past... gas is still around 1.60 around here too, so I don't have it nearly as bad as you guys out west.

it does seem a little low, I get 24 - 25 mpg hwy and about 15-18 mpg city or in other words, 350 miles per tank hwy and 200 min city. This is a high mileage car with 146,000 miles too.

one thing I forgot to mention, I believe the gas gauges lose accuracy with time. I time my gas station visits by the odometer, My gauge tells me I have an 1/8 of a tank or so when I'm bone dry.
