149$ ebay opti review/teardown with pics

So i ve received my opti from ebay.Remember that those are sold has "oem ac delco" one without the stickers and with an upgraded cap.

Fisrt oval they are very well packed:

Front view:

Back view:

Side view:

Without the cap:

Underneath the cap:

All disasembled:

Without the guts:

The only flaw that i could found was that lillte film of oil or lubricant on the timing disc(you can see it in the last pics)

There is a number stamp on inside the casing its:10478000
The cap has brass contact instead of standard metal contact.
Everyhing was assembled thight,no slack in the bearing.

From my point of view it seem great but i ll insall it in 30 mins a i will came back to tell if my car start or just crank

At that price, if it works well I may buy one just to keep in the garage until I need to swap one again.

Good find and just in time. The bearings in my opti are starting to make some noise.

Thats good news. If I could have afforded it I would have bought 2, but one spare is good for me and if mine takes a crap I'll replace it with the spare and if that one takes a crap I'll be getting delteq or something similar.

Thanks for the pics
