in kelly blue book retail that car lists for 9710.00 new carpet and redone seats can take it up to 9995.needs weatherstipping(reproduction kit,299.00 in catalog).tires good.havent had it checked out thoroughly though yet.those things are pretty quick stock when you nail them! they have 3.08 gears so gas mileage on highway is like 24-26 unreal.

Check out Edmunds for the True Market Value, or even NADA.com will give you a better idea. Redoing the seats shouldn't raise the price, it just keeps it from dropping below blue book. So I wouldn't pay more than the KBB value (or ever pay the KBB Value) or a car just because the seats are getting redone.
