12 Bolt Questions

I have decided to go ahead and buy a 12 bolt BEFORE the stock 10 bolt breaks I will also be able to kill 2 birds when I change out the fuel pump. I just have a couple of questions...

I have ABS but no TCS right now. I do not want either of them with the 12 bolt. I am assuming there will not be a problem with ditching the ABS sensor and not getting it on the 12 bolt?

I am leaning towards the Moser strictly based on cost between Strange, is it better to have another shop set up the gears instead of Moser?

Is there any strength difference between having axles with bearings pressed in or c-clips?

Any other input would be appreciated

Moser 12 bolt is about $100 dollars cheaper, has a cleaner install, and is available w/o ABS. Moser also requires a special length drivshaft, does not get shipped assembled or dynoed, and has a rep for having a louder than average whine coming from the gears. If would get yourself the pressed on axle bearings, they are a lot more benificial in the long run. Plus with running c-clips there is always the potential of breaking a clip and sending an axle shaft flying, with pressed in you don't have to worry about these things. Good luck on your upgrade.
