10.82 @ 124.25!!!!!!!
Mods...if this belongs elsewhere please feel free to move it. I'm posting it here in the hopes that it can be of some use for those guys who are recently inquiring about builds, parts, etc.
Up until now my best run has been an 11.04 @ 122 with 60's in the 1.55 range. 2 months ago I blew a head gasket, so I tore it all apart, replaced the gaskets with custom Cometics, installed a UMI k-member, a-arms, upper arms, QA1s, and 275# springs, and replaced the 15x8 Welds and ET Streets with 295/55/15 MT drag radials on 15x10s.
Weather was nice and cold, but the track prep wasn't the best. My expectations were fairly low, so here goes the first run.
60' 1.43
330' 4.35
1/8 6.85 @ 98.08
1000' 9.02
1/4 10.84 @ 123.61

Then...
60' 1.45
330' 4.37
1/8 6.86 @ 97.94
1000' 9.04
1/4 10.87 @ 123.4

And the last and best run of the day...(pardon the braking mishap in the beginning...line lock didn't hold the front wheels at first, hah)
60' 1.43
330' 4.35
1/8 6.84 @ 98.54
1000' 9.002
1/4 10.82 @ 125.25

I was absolutely floored with these results. I would have been happy with a high 10.9x, but to almost break into the 10.70s completely caught me off guard. It's amazing what smart planning, good parts, and good air can do for you. For those that aren't familiar with the mods of the car -
Forged 383, AI 200cc ported stock castings, 237/242 custom grind AI stroker cam, ported stock intake manifold, 42# injectors, 1.6s, Cloyes 2x roller, EWP, Canton pan, Melling pump, LPP headers, Hooker cat-back with e-cutout, Ford 9", 3.90 gears, Performabuilt Level 2 transmission, 4000 Performabuilt stall, Weld Pro-Stars, and all the other miscellaneous crap. This is a street-driven, hydraulic roller car. No fancy aftermarket head castings, no single plane intake, transbrake, etc. No nitrous, all motor.
HUGE thanks to Ron and Phil at www.advancedinduction.com, UMI, Bryan Herter at www.pcmforless.com, Tom Snyder (www.snyder-fab.com), Gil Davis Racing Engines, Ricky Green (94Z28rag), and you guys from Camaroz28.com.

Re: 10.82 @ 124.25!!!!!!!
Never had it weighed to be honest...it has mild weight reduction, most notably rear seats, spare tire/jack, removed a few speakers, !swaybar, !front bumper support, UMI front end, and that's about it. Still has power steering too. Most weight reduction is negated anyway with the cage/SFCs.

Very nice times man... been watching your car grow since it was built. Hope to get mine put together and to the track next year. In the mean time need more parts and money but im almost there to have it ready to drop in when the car comes out of storage!

Any chance you have a dyno graph available for posting? I like your numbers but since I'm not a drag racer I'd like to see where the engine makes its power. Congrats on the excellent times. They are quite impressive.
