Question 1 power programmer 2 cars...possible?

one of my buddies picked a clean, low mile, red 95 Z28, a4...

anyways he was wanting to know if i would go in half on a power programmer, im all for it, but can you use on power programmer on 2 different cars? both being 95 models, and a4?

thanks for your time,
steve

No, the Power Programmer is VIN-locked to the vehicle it is used on. The only way to program a second car is to reload the stock program back in the original car. You could get TunerCat and a laptop, which will work on 2 different cars if you want to go that route.

Hope that helps.

so otherwise i need to have mad wolf reprogram mine, and not my buddies!

i want to be faster than him..how much do you think that a tune on my car could pick it up with the few mods that i have?and would it be noticeable?

and cutting cat. off this weekend, and relocating IAT..hopefully will make a little improvement also

thanks again,
steve

So basically what your asking is, can you install the hypercrap on another car so you can ruin TWO CAR'S instead of one

Hypertech's are JUNK plain and simple. Why don't you guy's go in half on a cable and tunercat. That would only cost you like less than $60 each and you can tune as many car's as you want

C'mon, don't hold back you opinions, say what you mean.

Evidently you have had less than successful results with the product.
