If you really like the rs why not try forced induction on the v6 instead of putting a v8 in? However if you are dead set on doing it go for it and good luck, there is something about knowing you have completely dismantled your car, put it back together and yet it still runs.

It can be done, I did my swap and it fired the first crank. You have to know how to read electrical diagrams though (goto shbox.com) Painless wiring is for people who can't read diagrams

Try www.jimspreformance.com . He can make you a harness or make you one out of your old harness.He took a 88 chevy 4x4 truck harness and merged it into a lt1 harness so i could put the 94 lt1 down in my truck.He dose great work i have had no wiring problems at all. GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
