Thanks to Madz28 i was able to pass inspection finally. car is a 97 z28 with no cats/rear o2's/EGR or AIR. this is good for anyone who lives in a state with the plug in test. I was told for a long time the lt1's could not be tuned to pass but i guess they can. So if you have a obd2 car that has mods and live in a state with the plug in test you should contact him.
