1.7 rr's with lt4 springs?????

Will it work. I had 1.6's in there. THe springs have less than 5k on them. Would i just need to change the studs to a bigger size?

if I remember correctly from when I was planning out doing this the 1.7s were basically at the limit of the LT4s, 7/16 studs only cost $30 and would be worth it IMO

You think i will be ok? I have the stock cam in there. I dont think it will be too much lift. I think the lt4's are good up to .525. I just dont want the springs to bind.

I think with the stock cam, you should be fine. If people can run a hotcam on LT4 springs with 1.6s, should be able to run a stock cam with 1.7s - now don't take my advice too much here, cause I'm trying to learn about all this kinda stuff myself - but I think you'd be OK.
