Just curious as to what you guys run and how they've worked for you....specifically for the LE3 heads and cam. I've got my pushrods figured out, and I'm fairly sure of the lifters. I'm aware that I need NSA and guide plates, I assume I will just get them from GM or Comp.

I'd do a good one piece 4130 pushrod too.

Depends on the spring but no more than 155 seated and 375 open.
