1.5 or 1.6 RR for my setup?

1.5 or 1.6 RR for my setup?

i already have 1.5 NSA RR and giude plates should I go with 1.6RR instead? I am going to be running Heads that flow 248@500 with a 224/230 503/510 lift Xtream cam..112 lobe how much power would I gain with 1.6 RR? Thanks Sean

It wouldnt hurt especially if your higher flow numbers get better. The difference over the 1.6's maybe `10 HP or so.

not exactly-
maybe on a stock car

i think you check your head flow chart
can you benifit from more lift?


can your springs handle it?
they are going to closing real fast with the Xe lobe-
add 1.6 and its even faster
